An Extraordinary Mind · The people behind the practice
Jeff Resweber brings the diagnostic and systems thinking. The AEM team brings the depth to execute — in organizational systems, learning design, and financial leadership. Every member was selected because they share the same standard: no hand-offs, no shortcuts, no recommendations that haven't been validated in the field.

Stefanie Ardoin helps individuals, teams, and businesses simplify their paper, digital files, processes, and workflows so work becomes clearer, faster, and less stressful. With more than 30 years of experience organizing people, information, systems, and operations, she brings a practical and highly personalized approach to every engagement.
She does not believe in one-size-fits-all systems. Instead, she helps clients identify what is not working, simplify the process, and build systems that fit how they naturally think, work, and make decisions. Her coaching focuses on helping people move from scattered and reactive to clear, consistent, and confident.
As a Registered Health Information Administrator, Stefanie spent years managing processes and workflows inside a large medical and surgical practice — where accuracy, compliance, communication, and follow-through were essential. That background gives her a strong understanding of how real workplaces function, especially when people are managing a high volume of information, decisions, tasks, and responsibilities.
Stefanie previously served on the University of Louisiana Health Information Management Advisory Board and in multiple leadership roles for both the South Louisiana Health Information Management Association and the Medical Group Management Association of Louisiana, Acadiana Chapter.
Today she is the owner of Island Organizing, LLC — working virtually and on-site with clients on paper, digital files, email, business processes, and weekly work rhythms. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: when systems are clear and manageable, people have more capacity to focus on what truly matters.

Credentials
Senior Advisor Emeritus
Senior Advisor Emeritus · Former Fractional CFO
AEM · Retired December 2025
Sherry Latour served as AEM's fractional CFO — brought in on client engagements where senior financial leadership was needed alongside Jeff's operational and technology work. She retired at the end of 2025 after decades of executive leadership, most recently as CEO of Tops Cabinets & Appliances in Lafayette, Louisiana.
The relationship goes deeper than a consulting arrangement. Years before joining the AEM team, Sherry was Jeff's employer — and one of his earliest mentors. She hired him, watched him work from the other side, and understood his capabilities from the inside. When Jeff's client engagements began requiring senior financial leadership, she was the person he called. Few professional endorsements carry more weight than someone who paid you, observed you closely, and then accepted the call when the roles reversed.
"Jeff is great with companies that are growing or preparing for exponential growth, but don't have the systems in place to handle it. So often people are broken and don't know it. Jeff can come into an organization and pinpoint where the breaks are." — Sherry Latour
